Objective:
? Perform a variety accounting support duties in an accurate and timely manner.

Immediate Supervisor: Accounting Manager, Shenzhen

Job description
? Perform a variety accounting support duties in a timely manner
? Daily cash and bank transactions, reconciliations
? Expenses reimbursement, accounts payables, on-time payment control
? Prepare and input journal ledger, voucher filings
? Issue internal and external invoices, Inter-company transactions
? Assist on month-end closing, reporting, maintain accounting records and breakdown
? Assist on tax filings, FA management
? Liaison with outside vendors, bank, tax office
? Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager

Requirement:
？ College degree, over 3 years of Accounting experience
？ Familiar with Excel, Outlook, Kingdee finance software, basic knowledge in SAP is a plus
？ Good communications in written and oral English
？ Self-motivated, be able to solve issues independently
