职位描述：
Functional Capabilities:
1.College degree or above.
2.Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience and 4 years of warehouse & distribution experience including shipping, receiving, computerized inventory and material handling systems.
3. Must possess competent knowledge and understanding of fundamental manufacturing and business principles including knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations established for warehousing.
4.Must have effective oral and written communication skills in order to interface with staff and other departments. Good written and verbal English skills.
5.Must have a sense of urgency to proactively resolve issues as they arise.
6. Good planning ability and data analysis ability.
7.Be familiar with ERP system (Oracle is plus).
8.Self motivated and a good team player.

Duties & Responsibilities
1.Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel.
2.Ensures the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse to meet service standards.
3.Assists in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness.
4. Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to assure effective and efficient operations.
5.Makes recommendations on programs to improve warehouse operations.
6.Develop, implement and maintain inventory control and inventory inaccuracy resolution mechanisms.
7.Maintains accurate records of staff, including but not limited to attendance, overtime, production movements, accuracy, errors, and any and all reports necessary.
8.Regular review with material planner for the stock level and monitor safety stock level. Assist excess and obsolesce material analysis, disposition and follow up.
9.Perform 5S and safety philosophy for warehouse and team management.
10. Ensures that policies, rules and regulations are maintained by staff. 举报 分享
