职位描述:
This position is responsible for administration of confidential customer data, including entry, updates, analysis, and querying of records for correction, maintenance, and quality assurance. Customer master data is core to the functioning of many business systems within the company. The quality of this data impacts shipping and billing accuracy, success of promotional programs, product quality communications, renewal of service agreements, assignment of sales resources, and other correspondences with customers, and influences the impression customers have of the company, thus impacting future sales.
The successful candidate will apply problem solving, situational analysis, decision-making, and implementation skills to make rapid, repetitive, accurate, and consistent changes to large quantities of customer data in multiple business systems and tools; interface with internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Territory Education or equivalent, requiring a minimum of 1 years of experience.
Good analytical skill and experience with data management and administration.
Able to make important and informed decisions. Solves problems with a common sense approach.
Able to work effectively with colleagues. Team player who will be committed to a timely completion of assigned tasks.
Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks being performed simultaneously
Self-starter and demonstrated ability to work productively with little supervision
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail oriented.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Access.
Experience with SAP CRM, and with databases and data management tools desirable.
