Responsibilities:

manage the FSPG key accounts in the delivery of full set of broker functions and services, including new business development, opportunity conversion, insurance program placement, carrier management and servicing of existing clients in the multiple insurance lines such as Directors and Officers Liability, IPO liability, Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, Clinical Trials Liability, M&A Transactional Liability etc.

Key Results Area

Completion of Budgeted Revenue

Degree of achieving Operational Excellence KPIs required;

New business generation activities, pipeline and production;

Existing client servicing quality, retention, and client satisfaction;;

Effectiveness of centralized placement and carrier relations management;

Results in product line diversification;

Requirements:

At least 3 years of practical experience relevant to insurance, insurance broker, with reasonable degree of familiarity with liability/financial lines/casualty insurance products.

University Graduate

Chinese Insurance Broker License obtained or to be obtained within probation

Leadership and engaging team management, with team managerial experience preferred

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Positive thinking and problem solving skills

Attention to details, accuracy and pursuit of excellence

Being keen to learn new things and being creative and innovative

Being to work under pressure, meet deadlines and with dedication

Proficient written and oral English and Chinese (Putonghua), with decent English presentation skills 举报 分享
