职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work with global nominated forwarder warehouse for goods pick up, import, export, documentation preparation & shipment follow up.
? Manage day to day HK warehouse operations for raw materials, FG, service parts, physical checkout, inventory control, cycle count and ensure to comply with proper regulations/requirements to follows existing processes and systems.
? Review and verify HK warehouse daily and monthly inventory report including Inbound &outbound, liaise with internal team to sort out the irregular reports on a daily basis, also responsible to provide the sales transaction report updates between Shenzhen, Hongkong, Shanghai.
? Deal with all logistics arrangement for drop/blind shipment to end customer globally from supplier factory or HK warehouse, which including documentation preparation, further follow up on commercial terms, invoice, packing list, L/C , customs declaration, B/L and keep track of transit progress.
? Review and verify the cost charges from forwarder, express and warehouse storage, handling, customs clearance, miscellaneous shipping, as well as freight cost occurs in air/ocean for import and export as per the approved quotation/contract via cost calculation and analysis.
? Manage the small couriers in both SZ/ HK, such as UPS, FedEX, ShunFeng, DHL so on as well as to verify the monthly cost occurs and submit/settle the payment application.
? Maintain all files and records in compliance with global regulations and Internal Quality Systems Standards (J-SOX) and Custom’s requirements.
? Escalate to higher management emergency situations with a sense of urgency, to ensure that company liability and financial risk is negated or minimized.

Requirements:
? College degree major in Logistics or related
? 2-3 years solid experience in Logistic in a manufacturing company
? Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
? Demonstrated ability to effectively implement operations
? Familiar with the import/export process, up-to-date related regulations, must be able to operate the entire procedure independently
? Have a working knowledge of international shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, letter of credit (for sales order and non-sales order shipments)
? PC related software, Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP, Oracle.
