Principal Job Responsibilities:
1.Plan, develop and organize learning and development programs related to leadership, functional and technical competencies as well as organizational effectiveness
2.Drive building an empowered workforce as well as an environment based on corporate value for sustainable development of business
3.Identify and assess training & development needs, organize training needs analysis and training effectives assessment for staff up to Leadership Team level to drive for continuous improvement
4.Develop and maintain a plant-wide annual training plans and monthly training plans in line with identified and confirmed needs.
5.Initiate, organize and undertake learning and development in forms of courses, workshops and self-studies
6.Lead and supervise the activities of a team of the subordinates ensuring achieving the goals, objectives of team in line with the department and the Co. provide appropriate coaching to the subordinates where needed for their improvement and development
7.Develop and deliver learning courses including objectives, contents flow, and delivery methods for staff up to Leadership Team level in conjunction with line managers
8.Search resources to identify course objectives and contents, and select the most effective supplier based on business needs
9.Prepare training budget and control training costs against the budget, and develop improvement programs such as communications, team building, newsletter, etc. to harmonize employee relationship and maximize employees’ contribution
10.Introduce development program which meet talent employee development and organization needs
11.Lead / Involve in companywide projects
12.Support employee communication activities e.g. Town Hall, Brown bag, Newsletter, value deployment, etc
Qualifications and Experiences:
1.Degree in HRM or equivalent
2.Above 8 years of work experience in HRM, training and relevant people development and minimum 5-year managerial experience
3.Computer competency, proficient in PPT
4.Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and training skills
5.Good project management skills, leadership skills and coaching skills
6.Passion to work, strong creative ability, highly self motivated
7.Excellent oral and written communication in both Chinese and English,
