1.有2年以上电源厂生产组长经验优先（熟悉电源产品）；
2.对现场、人员、物料管理有独特方法；
3.合理安排产线人员，对产能、品质有效跟进；
4.配合主管完成公司计划；
5.执行力强。

1.生产计划达成，产能提升；
2.品质管控，制程管控；
3.人员管理，机器设备管理；
4.物料管控；
5.现场“7S”的执行监督；
