Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Administration (80%)
- Booking management (air-ticket, Vehicle, hotel, train etc.)
- Parcel/Express management including monthly bill checking and payment settle
- Official certificates application for the foreigners such as work permit, resident permit, visa etc.
- Management of Office equipment, stationery, daily supplies
- Staff activities organization such as annual dinner, gathering, sports activities, birthday party etc.
- Attendance checking and staff leave status update
- As the contact window to the external visitors such as government officers, policemen, landlord etc.
- Office management in including security, cleaning etc.
- Other Administration tasks
Human Resources (20%)
- Support on recruitment activities including post/update recruitment ad. resume screening, interview arrangement
- To be in charge of new staff enrollment procedures and new profile set up
- To be in charge of staff separation procedures
- Update HR reports timely, including personal list, contact update, probation remind, o-chart, etc.
- Support on staff training, such as orientation
- Follow Social Insurance and housing fund issues for the staffs
Job Requirement
- College degree, major in English, Administration or Human Resources management will be preferable.
- 2 years working experience with familiar position
- Good English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- High sense of job responsibilities
- Willing to make long-term development in Administration field
