职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for winning new account .Business selling the organization’s products or services to, and maintaining relationships with, existing accounts that are of significant strategic importance to the organization and have an impact on the long-term success of the organization
2.Represents the organization to the customer and the customer to the organization.
3.Responsible for expanding and retaining named accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service
4.Account penetration and balanced sales growth are important performance measures.
5.Interacts with customers at the highest level
6.Obtaining desired RFQs, preparation of the RFQ response, successful negotiation with the Account
7.Management of account communication during this process is critical.
8.Support ongoing production requirements. Identify and engage appropriate personnel to fix any production,quality, capacity, pricing or other issues.
9.Resolve all issues that impede achievement of that purpose.
10.Manage team for account support, which may include Quality, Program Engineering, and Customer Support.
11.Prepare and give presentations internally and externally on a periodic basis.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business or Electrical Engineering.
2.5+ years experience in sales of technical products to OEM’s is required.
3.The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English with the Account’s worldwide.
4.Mathematical skills and reasoning ability.
5.Work energetically and feel easy under pressure. Be able to travel frequently. 举报 分享
