职位描述：
Universal English is looking to expand into the HK market. We need a salesperson who can connect with high school principals, teachers, students and their parents.
We are not looking for someone JUST to hand out flyers. We need someone who is experienced in the education area that knows how to contact these people.
You should be able to contact and arrange meetings with principals and teachers.

What do we have to offer?
We have the ONLY foreigner in ALL of China and HK that is certified to help students go abroad by BOTH PIER and ICEF. Most of these so-called education consultants charge the student then turn around and get money from the Universities. How does that help the student? Our consultant is one of the ONLY education consultants that does not do that plus he has multiple college degrees and has taught in a top 25 University in America. So, he knows the value of a good education and knows what it takes to get into a good university.

Your job is to explain the benefits of having an honest education consultant working for the parent/student over these other so-called education consultants.
We can give you some videos but we hope you can convince them that they should work with us.

In the beginning this will be a purely commmission based pay job. After you have proven to us you KNOW HOW to sell, then we can EITHER offer you salary plus commission or keep you on as purely commission, your choice. We pay a VERY high rate for commission.

薪酬福利
1 工资构成：基本工资+全勤奖+课时或招生提成
   基本工资：3500元-5000元
2 试用期1-3个月；统一购买社保（五险）；
3 年末根据个人奉献度发放年终奖；
4 每年举办年终联欢会,；

教师工作时间会随着分校有所变化：通常是

新老师一周休一天，转正后老师一月通常6-10天；

周一至周五上班时间：7-5pm早班 12：00—9pm晚班；

周六日9：00—12：00 13：00—19：00
 
寒暑假9：00—12：00 13：00—19：00（一周调休一天，时间）
