Position Summary
This role will be based in Shenzhen, China and reporting to the Finance Manager, Asia.

Accountabilities
  • Analyse, forecast, and report plant production variances
  • Report key metrics to internal customers via dashboards or other communication methods
  • Analyse and summarize plant costs in support of annual budget plan to support global consolidation
  • Partner with plant colleagues to prepare and evaluate capital requests, support capital spend planning & forecasting
  • Support other ad hoc financial requests as required

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and able to support variance reporting and business reporting
  • Communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Able to work well and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • SAP experience is a must
