职位描述：
Working location: Bao’an International Airport, Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for UPS Airlines aircraft materials, make sure warehouse inventory accuracy and support aircraft maintenance to ensure flight departure on time.
2) Warehouse Management & house keeping.
3) COMAT Receiving & Shipping.
4) Inventory audit/Bin Location update.
5) Communication medium within Broker Agent / Gateway / Terminal.
6) Monitor and work with Asia-Pac gateway & maintenance.
7) Handle aircraft on ground, loan & borrow, purchase part issues.

Requirements:
1) University or above. Major in transportation, aviation or relevant discipline university graduates with excellent performance can also be considered.
2) 1 year or above relevant working experience is better.
3) Good command of English and Proficient in the MS Office (Word, Excel).
4) An understanding of airline business, aircraft materials or aircraft maintenance etc will be an added advantage.
5) Good planning skills with effective written and verbal communication skills.
6) Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner.
7) Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
8) Ability to work with little or no supervision.
9) Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill.
10) Need to on duty role on day and night shift. (Night shift: About 21:00--06:00 & 14:00--23:00)

工作地点：深圳宝安国际机场附近

主要职责：
1）负责UPS航空公司飞机航材的管理，确保航材仓库库存的准确性；
2）负责飞机航材的入库、出库及运输安排，库存的盘点及更新；
3）与报关代理合作处理进出口事宜，与相关部门保持良好的沟通和联系；
4）监控和处理亚洲其他地区的航材需求，及组织调度；
5）及时跟进飞机故障，保障航材零部件的及时到位；
6）支援机务的飞机维修工作，确保航班准时起飞。

岗位要求：
1）本科及以上学历；交通运输、航空或相关专业的优秀应届毕业生亦可；
2）熟练的英语表达能力，包括听、书、读、写；
3）熟练操作电脑技能，尤其是Office系列；
4）能接受综合工时制，并适应轮班制（夜班为21:00--06:00，中班为14:00--23:00）。 举报 分享
