We are seeking a qualified candidate to head the HR function in our new fab facility in Chongqing. We are starting a new fab and expect to ramp to full production.
Strategic Business Partnership:
? Enable the business from HR perspective to successfully ramp according to business plans
? Listen, understand & exceed expectations of our stakeholders to the extent possible
? Deliver timely & quality services and solutions to meet business objectives
? Jointly resolve people issues with stakeholders, upholding clear line of communication, integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times
? Being a catalyst and proactively manage organizational effectiveness and change
Accountabilities:
? Set-up of key HR functions and drive implementation of key HR processes and plans
? Lead a team to drive HR initiatives that align to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization business objectives
? Align HR policies, systems, structures and work processes to the organization’s strategic business goals
? Partner and coach line managers in key HR processes (recruitment and selection, performance management, talent management) and continuously improve HR practices/processes
? Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization's business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement
? Actively involve in strategic human resources planning with line managers to meet business and operational requirements
? Manage a HR team (direct and cross-functional) in providing day-to-day HR services and support to the business
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business with at least 8 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years in managerial capacity
? Strong knowledge and experience of local labour laws and HR practices
? HR hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
? Charismatic and possess strong leadership
? Able to thrive under pressure
? Result oriented with keen business acumen
? A team player with strong analytical skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to people of all levels
