JOB REQUIREMENT：

1.College degree or above, major in engineering

2.6 years' experience as Logistics Manager in Automotive industries

3.The knowledge of automobile logistics
4.Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

5.Familiar with ERP system
6.Advanced knowledge of english

7.Familiar with VCM/lean manifacture principle

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Prepare operation manual for materials management
2.Responsible for material planning and related system setting
3.Place purchase order to suppliers on regular base and follow up the status of the purchasing order and make sure the material can be in warehouse according to our production schedule
4.Monitor the customer order delivery and make sure the order is delivered on time
5.In charge of warehouse, transportation, import and export management, which is included inventory management, searching and finding the excellent 3PL, connecting with CIQ, broker and the customs officer for the export and import delivery handling.

6.In charge of material flow plan and design in and between warehouse and workshop
7.Set up and manage inventory strategy
8.Set up and manage the logistic
9.Take the lead of customer audit for logistics
10.Provide package solution to our customer based on customer’s requirement
10.Provide staff training to make sure all staffs can follow standard procedure in daily operation
11.Constantly improve the operation procedure and work instruction for logistics department
12.Prepare and submit monthly analysis report to management on timely base

13.Held meeting and communicate with production and quality on regular base
14. Report to the top managment
15. Coordinate the job of the staff belong his responsability
