岗位职责
1）负责公司产品在俄罗斯市场的销售及推广；
2）负责俄罗斯客户的联系和开发，与客户保持良好的沟通和协调；
3）负责电商平台俄罗斯市场的日常运营工作及部分管理；
4）日常订单处理，咨询邮件回复，客户投诉处理，其他问题处理；
5）负责俄语平台商品搜索排名优化，流量，转化率，报价，客户分析等。
招聘要求
1）大专及以上学历，俄语听说读写流利 ，且能通过电话/邮件与国外客户进行交流；
2）具有较强的沟通能力，应变能力强，思想活跃，学习能力强，有外贸工作经验者优先；
3）熟练使用Office办公软件，俄语社交网络工具，在相应社交平台上推广公司产品；
4）有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；有团队协作精神，善于挑战；
5）熟悉俄语客户文化风俗及消费习惯。
