Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for material and production planning of outsourced manufacturing and ensure daily production and shipment requirements from contractors are achieved to meet expectation.
? Create purchase requisitions upon requirements and prioritize productions and shipments from contractors for urgency and/ or requests from inside sales or product line manager.
? Review and verify the weekly finished goods and material forecast to ensure accuracy and consistency before publishing, and make proper adjustment when necessary.
? Perform data analysis and propose solutions to support raw material supply and finished goods demand e.g. capacity expansion, buffer stocks.
? Complete weekly reports for order fulfillment status, production/shipment progress, and raw material/ finished goods inventory.
? Follow up ECO and BOM changes, and propose proper timeline of cut- in and make sure the cutover will not result in excessive obsolete materials and have no impact to material supply.
? May be asked to perform other duties as needed.

Skills/Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above majoring in engineering or science.
? 5 years’ experience in material and/ or production planning and familiar with outsourcing process.
? Proficiency Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office products e.g. excel.
? Result oriented ability to multi-task and prioritizes tasks with strict deadlines.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
