岗位职责：

1． 遵循相关的服务流程及规范为最终用户提供客户端支持服务及Helpdesk热线接听；
2． 根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络等方面的故障排除服务；
3． 详细记录服务状态和服务结果，确保在规定的服务承诺时间内响应并完成服务；
4． 对最终用户提供必要的培训；
5． 完善知识积累，进行知识库的管理工作。

岗位要求：
1． 计算机相关专业专科以上学历；
2． 1年以上IT技术支持工作经验；
3． 熟练掌握常见应用软件的使用，可以进行基本的故障排除
4． 熟悉.Internet/Intranet Access的检测和故障排查；
5． 熟练使用、配置、维护邮件系统（Outlook）；
6． 具备较好的英文听说读写能力，可以进行口语沟通；
7． 性格开朗，善于沟通。


Responsibilities:
1. Follow the procedures and regulations related services for the client end-user support services and hotline Helpdesk troubleshooting;
2. According to the service request providetroubleshooting on the operating system, applications, email client, print systems, network and other aspects services;
3. Detailed record of service status and services, ensuring service commitments respond in time;
4. Provide the necessary training to end-user;
5. Improve the knowledge of accumulation ,for knowledge management.

Requirements:
1. Computer-related professional degree or above;
2. More than 1 year working experience in IT technical support;
3. Proficiency in the use of common software applications, basic troubleshooting;
4. Familiar Internet / Intranet Access testing and troubleshooting;
5. Skilled use, configuration, maintenance, email system (Outlook);
6. Have good written and spoken English, good communication skills.
