一.工作职责：
1. 使用相关设备对客户样品进行检查与失效分析
样品包括：电子元器件、PCB、PCBA、电子模块等；
设备包括：X-Ray、研磨机、光学显微镜（OM、VI）、SEM、EDS等；
2. 切片分析：对客户的样品（比如元器件、PCB、PCBA、模块等）进行切割，研磨等处理；
3. 对样品切割位置通过光学显微镜拍照，然后进行分析；
4. 使用X-Ray机台检测。
二.任职要求：
1. 有理工科背景，电子专业类优先；
2. 了解电子元件结构基础知识、印刷电路板基础知识，会使用office办公软件；
3. 英语读、写能力优良；
4. 可接受应届生或无工作经验；
5. 性格开朗，乐于学习。
三.薪资福利：
1.全薪计算加班费；
2.全薪交纳社保、公积金；
3.定期员工体检及旅游。
