职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Ensure the overall financial activities and preparation of the Financial Annual Report or management reports are in compliance with the company policies and local regulations, and meet submission dealines (to RPC / HK / Singapore / Samao).
2. Responsible of cash flow, accounts receivable and expenses management;
4. Manage working capital, cash flow, agency and staff commission and related treasury activities.
5. Lead and supervise a team of staff, and be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
6. Checking the payment situation of overseas payment from clients;
7. Prepare the Tax Financial Report / Group Financial Report / KPI / AR etc of files;
8. Improve existing internal controls and finance systems, process and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
9. Other financial works assigned by partners


Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and qualified accountants;
- At least 3 years working experiences in finance line;
- Good English speaking, reading and writing;
- Excellent computer skills (word, excel, email);
- Ability to undertake responsibilities and be autonomous, ready to have diversified working tasks / multi-task functions;
- Familiar with Chinese financial policies and related laws & regulations.
