职位描述：
此职位主要负责采购下单，计划，库存及付款。需要有物流、进出口业务及报关经验。英语能读写，口语一般。有财务经验者优先。

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Lead and support all processes and transactions for the China FICE supply chain activities including import, logistics, warehouse management, outbound, account payable and other operation functions. Coordinate all shipping activities to and from Asia suppliers to ensure compliance with all documentation, regulatory and certifications requirements. Proactively monitor and identify potential shipping related issues and solve those problems to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on-time. Monitor and measure supply chain performance, and provide direction to RSC’s China based logistics service provider to meet RSC’s service requirements. Ensure service providers maintain accurate inventory and transaction records from factory shipment to receipt at RSC and customers warehouses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide direction and monitor compliance for transportation of RSC products from Asia suppliers to RSC HK/China mainland warehouse facility
o Monitor shipments to ensure arrival at the required destinations within targets
o Monitor the performance of RSC contract manufacturers for compliance to RSC documented shipping process requirements; provide coaching as needed to increase compliance
o Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
o Manage the relationships between suppliers and RSC logistics service provider
? Monitor the export and import customs clearance process and related documentation preparation
? Provide direction to logistics service provider with respect to China customer shipments from China distribution warehouse
o Monitor compliance of all logistics transactions originating within China to customers(B2B, B2C)
o Monitor compliance from China to other Asia customers as needed
? Warehouse Management
o Work closely with RSC logistics service provider to arrange Inbound and Outbound transactions timely with accuracy.
o Damage and other exception case management (i.e. customized shipping requirement by customers)
o Inventory accuracy management, FIFO and ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting
? Operation transactions maintaining in Oracle
o Create POs to RSC and manage all updates (i.e. qty, date) if any
o Enter internal requisitions to move inventory from FHK to SZB
o Inventory check and adjustment
o Invoice and payment
? Manage all Account Payable functions including invoice verification and entering, payment release and others;
? Monitor and measure the performance of the logistics service providers;
? Logistic cost management and optimization
? Provide field support, as needed, for all functions related to China product distribution
? Required travel to and from distribution warehouse and respective supplier origin within China.
? Other duties as assigned by Associate Director of China Operations

SPECIFICATIONS:
? College graduate or above in any discipline
? 3-5 years of working experience in global shipping or logistics industry
? Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc; preferred experience using Business Enterprise software (i.e., Oracle, SAP)
? Familiar with export and import process in China
? Fluency in English and Mandarin both written and oral entailing cross cultural interpersonal and communication skills
