职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

1. Complete design for passive optical components according to the functional and performance requirements.
2. Responsible for the optical components design and material selection, as well as the inspection criteria and measurement techniques.
3. Technical leader in program, trouble shooting and experiment design for failure.
4. Responsible for the design and introduction of new products, follow up with the production implementation.
5. Responsible for the test data analysis and summary report - problem tracking, experiment monitoring and improvement.
6. Participate process design and continuous improvement for optical device.
7. Responsible for program gating technical deliverables.
8. Work with cross-functional team to support NPI activities, troubleshooting etc.
 
Position requirement:
 
1. Bachelor degree or higher in optics, physics or related fields, 7+ years working experiences in optoelectronic product development
2. Familiar with optical Gaussian beam propagation simulation, ray trace and polarization knowledge.
3. Can independently design optical component, familiar with all kinds of optical components platform, optical materials, processing technology. Mechanical and electronic related knowledges is a plus.
4. Program management experience is a plus.
5. Experienced on design software (ZEMAX etc.) - optical design, optical debugging and other related tools. Familiar with Monte Carlo analysis. FEA experience is a plus.
6. Good at DOE, data analysis and failure analysis.
7. Have excellent innovation capability, handwork, self-motivation and communication skills. Proactive and accountable.
8. Basic understanding of the mechanical design principles, capable of understanding mechanical drawings
9. Working experiences in optical and communication products is a plus
10. Integrity, innovation, multi-tasking, strong execution, accommodate to the company cultures, have a strong sense of responsibility and team work spirits, good presentation skill is a plus.
