Job Description
Reporting directly to: Distributor Sales Manager

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for POS recruitment
Manage POS performance on HH, training, sell out data submission
Develop core POS partner, evaluate partner’s performance
Build up retail shop top sales club including award, training, etc.
Organize to develop the key selling point of product, competitor analysis, collect first hand selling information, improve and track the result.
Manage and measure promoter performance

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications
University Degree in IT management, or a relevant combination of professional certification
5+ years experiences in IT in the Chinese market
Ability to negotiate with retailor and POS partner
Mature and able to manage customer.
Good negotiation skills, understanding of product and people management
Strong presentation and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English is desired not required in written and spoken.
