岗位要求：
   1. 流利的粤语及良好英语；
   2. 通过大学英语四级或同等水平；
   3. 良好电话礼仪及对答技巧；
   4. 对工作细心、有责任感、具热诚学习态度；
   5. 熟悉计算机运作（包括 MS Word及Excel)；
   6. 强烈的团队意识；
   7. 具客户服务经验者优先考虑

工作范畴：
1、提供网上课程支持予学生及家长
2、处理和解决用户的咨询和要求
3、回复电邮及日常字处理
4、建立良好的客户关系及提供优质服务
