Responsibilities:

1. Determine testing, product specification, and inspection methods for prototypes and pre-production samples;
2. Investigation of defect or problems; Decisions about actions in case of deviations from prescribed specifications; Draft reports, analysis and statistics
3. Support and participate in innovations for development/improvement in quality assurance, quality control, production process and release process
4. Draft and participate in preparation and optimization of test plans, test regulations and test procedures; Drafting of Quality Standard and Technical Standard
5. Issue Quality CPAR, follow up and evaluate the corrective and preventive actions
6. Coordination of Quality improvement within suppliers.
7. Assist in Supplier Management - factory visits, data collection and analysis.
8. Occasional travel to fty, for factory audits, inspections, and production monitoring
9. Other task as assigned by superior

Qualification:

· Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Engineering, Science or related Technical Field)
· At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance, inspections, testing, and/or Quality Engineering job in an industrial business - hard lines, household, metal, toys, luggage & bags, outdoor, etc.
· Hand-on experiences in product development, prototype evaluation
· Knowledge of production processes, and a IQC of raw materials and components
· Good interpersonal communication and personality; teamwork spirit
· Communication in English of reading, writing and speaking
· Good PC Skills
