RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shanghai Based with Frequent Travel required
Experience in performing audits to standards of international brands in the AIM agreement.
Schedule assigned audit visit
Conduct annual integrated compliance monitoring visit and physical audits in the factories producing Limited Brands goods in the region.
Responsible for the early identification of potential problems and timely resolution through the implementation of appropriate courses of action.
Maintain pending status report to satisfactory conclusions for all pending issues.
Ensure submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
Communicate social compliance programs, policies and procedures to suppliers and factories to ensure the proper understanding and compliance of the programs, policies & procedures.
Perform related duties as assigned by department manager.

QUALIFICATION:

Degree holder
Excellent in English usage verbal and writing, fluency in Mandarin essential
At least 7 years of experiences in social compliance auditor, with exposure to international brands
Proven record in social and capacity auditing
A person of high integrity, honesty, and dedication
