职位描述：
? To execute daily services and operations tasks accuracy and efficiency to achieve on operational excellence;
? To establish and execute SOP with team member ensuring customer satisfaction;
? To review reports and guide teammates on responses concerning irregularities;
? Incident management – handle customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, and co-ordinate with departments concerned on related issues;
? Account receivable – prepare all internal documents for daily debit collecting with freight relative from all customers (COD, Credit and 3rd parties);
? Account payable – prepare all internal documents for daily credit remittance with freight relative from all parties (Inter-company, agent and 3rd parties);
? To review Data quality control and establish improvement where and when necessary;
? To evaluate, re-allocate resources, monitor and regulate team members’ performance and workload and provide assistance where and when necessary to ensure optimal efficiency;
? To identify training needs; organize and prepare training materials in collaboration with upper manager and supervisors to ensure high quality standard and improvement in working standards and systems;
? To be responsible for training of both new and existing team members;
? To take up the additional tasks as assigned;
? Back up for other team members when necessary;
? Create, maintain and update Procedure/SOP/Guideline for owned department according to company policy/guideline and developing customer demands. 举报 分享
