SUMMARY:
As a representative member of CBRE's Office Agency Services team, the primary role and responsibility of the Negotiator, Agency Services is to professionally represent the interests of our company, its clients and prospective new clients at all times, in the facilitation of their commercial space and other relevant requirements.
You are required to identify, win and transact new commercial agency and source wider business opportunities, managing and maintaining your customer relationships and maintaining highest quality service delivery to them.
Meet roles and responsibilities of the position, with the ultimate purpose of meeting personal financial targets and contributing to the expansion and profitability of the CBRE business, in China and the region.
