职位描述：
Job Resposibilities:
1.Primary owner in leading continuous improvement activities for Lava.
2.Promotes the continuous improvement process (e.g. behaviors, attitude and culture) necessary to build a productive environment that sustains improvements in support of business objectives.
3.Manages a Continuous Improvement Tracker for Lava.
4.Leads, identifies and defines scope of continuous improvement activities for Lava.
5.Works closely with DQA, PQE, SQE, Product Team, SW team, ODMs and Suppliers to help drive efficiencies and develop continuous improvement opportunities and best practices across Lava.
6.Lead Benchmarking Projects.
7.Lead cross functional teams to resolution of assigned projects.
8.Lead focused efforts aimed at breakthrough and incremental improvements in process, product and/or service specific opportunities that meet and exceed Operational performance metrics
9.Manage the loss analysis process by identifying areas of waste and prioritizing the development and implementation of solutions. Value stream mapping.
10.Resource for incident investigation.
11.Provide appropriate documentation and project update communication to Operations leadership.
12.All other duties as assigned.
13.Facilitate Kaizen events and train others in the concepts “Lean” as well as problem solving tool sets where appropriate.
14.Applies tools sets and concepts of Lean Thinking and Six Sigma to be used during project execution
Job Requirements:
1.Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Mobile Handsets Manufacturing environment.
3.Proven ability to coordinate activities; interact, support, and facilitate project teams.
4.Ability to organize and manage projects; interact, support, facilitate and lead multi-functional work teams; ability to provide work direction to assigned resources; ability to lead team to a consensus; strong negotiation skills.
5.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
6.Must have strong analytical and business judgment including demonstrated problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. 举报 分享
