职位描述：
岗位描述 Job Description：
1.负责会员产品流程之用户需求研究，根据公司整体产品架构、商业目标，完成产品规划、设计、落实执行工作；
2.产品运营数据日常整理和分析，依据分析数据对各产品线之关键转换率进行持续改进；
3.负责产品的PRD编写及评委，保证产品进度和品质；
4.负责相关部门的工作协调，保证产品顺利上线、实施和运营。

1.Responsible for the customer needs of the product process, according to the company's overall product architecture, business objectives, the completion of product planning, design, implementation of the work;
2.Products daily operation data collation and analysis, based on the analysis of the data of the key product line conversion continuous improvement rate;
3.Responsible for PRD writing and judges, to ensure product quality and schedule;
4. Responsible for the coordination of relevant departments, to ensure smooth product line, implementation and operation.

岗位要求 Requirement：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，电子商务、计算机、交互等相关专业优先；
2、具备系统平台类产品设计经验优先；
3、了解互联网产品整体实现过程，包括需求分析，方案设计，项目管理，产品发布，运营监控等；
4、具备良好的PRD产品文档撰写能力，熟练使用Axure、Visio或其他原型设计软件；
5、具备较强的逻辑能力，能发现事情的本质，做事细心、认真严谨；
6、具备良好的互联网、产品设计、用户体验、流程设计等相关知识学习能力，通过自我学习提升工作质量。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic commerce, computer, communication and other related major is preferred;
2. Experience in system design of the platform products is preferred;
3. Understand the Internet the whole product realization process, including requirement analysis, project design, project management, product release, operation monitoring etc;
4. Have a good PRD product documentation writing skills, familiar with the use of Axure, Visio or other prototype design software;
5. Have a strong logical thinking and can be found in the nature of things, careful and conscientious;
6. Have a good Internet, user experience, product design, process design and other related knowledge through self learning ability, learning and enhance the quality of work. 举报 分享
