职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company warranty cost daily management, approach by “DMAIC” for organization to create constancy of purpose for sustainable improvement of product and service.
2. Listen to the voice of the customer, as an internal process driver for company quality continuous improvement, address 8D approach committing to cause identification and standardized correction& prevention.
3. As a window of communication with headquarters, organize regular multi-video conference for quality problem shooting.
4. Dominate and well-integrated company 6-sigma project.
5. Responsible for ISO9001 quality system daily maintenance.
6. Assist SAP QM modular development in Shanghai.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, Engineering background is a prior consideration
2. Integrity, self-motivated, unyielding, energized, good communication and cooperation skill.
3. 3-5 years working experience of quality or technology in manufacturing plant. German business experience is preferred.
