Role and Responsibilities
* Obtain the market information from dealers and be able to transform the information to sales forecast to Regional General Manager
* Guide dealers to set up sales team and standard sales process including the implementation of sales tools
* Supervise and help dealers to set up business plan and how achieve annual vehicle sales target
* Supervise dealers’ sales personal to work according to AOS RC policy
* Coach dealers’ sales team on competitor information collecting and market analysis to ensure that the dealers well understand the market situation and be able to adapt to market changes
* Coordinate with dealers on stock optimizing and order processing
* Jointly visit customers with dealers’ sales team when required
* Cooperate with dealers and VFS for client financing support
* Work with regional/central marketing team to create marketing plan and customer activities
* Coordinate with aftersales team to solve customer issue in timely manner
* Support on customer database updating in Boom box system
Key performance indicators
* Responsible dealer’s sales performance
* Market share
* Annual target achievement
* Completed dealer sale team establishment
Main competence requirements
* Good communication skill
* Team work spirit with energy and passion
* Automobile or related industry sales experience
* Bachelor degree
* Driving license
