职位描述：
Position : Supply Chain Officer (South China Area)

Working Location : Shenzhen

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare daily sales documents such as sales orders, order processing document and related report, etc.
Handle customer/sales enquiries via telephone, and e-mail correspondence (including walk-in customers)
Arrange order entry work once customer confirmed the order
Coordinate operation activities with customer orders to meet the delivery schedule
Coordinate with delivery crews to ensure smooth daily operation
Handle telephone enquiries and resolve complaints in a good manner
Warehouse management, stock in/out, inventory check, etc
Good Communication with Major Ocean Carrier

Job Requirements:

University Grade at lease above with 5 years relevant experience
Familiar the South East Asia & Mid East trades will preference consideration
Excellent communication skills with customers
Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Good PC knowledge, MS Word, EXCEL, Powerpoint skills
Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
