Job Description:
1 Customer handle
(A) Spec review
(B) Receving claim information from CSO or customer directly
(C) Fill in the information into claim system
(D) Investigate root cause with cross function team
(E) Compile 8D report to customer
(F) First article check for new project
(G) Rescreen & filing
2 NCMR Monthly statistical report
(A) Receiving NCMR from NCMR issuer
(B) Inputting the information into system
(C) Check the failure if needed
(D) Find out root cause if needed
(E) Make initial comments accordingly
(F) Follow up until NCMR to be closed
3 Monthly statistical report
(A) Collect related data from related dept
(B) Calculate the scorecard & fill in
(C) Distribute to representative person, WMA & WWAG
(D) Quality reports generating & regular submit
4 IQC,Calibraton,Spec filing
IQC
(A) Verification of suppliers, Inspection Certification
(B) Download schablone from intranet
(C) Schablone reading
(D) Maintenance of MC database
Calibration
(A) Monitor & Record for Calibration
(B) Record Calibration Results
(C) Labeling
Spec filing
(A) Maintenance of spec database
Requirments:
5 years of QA or engineering experience in connector or semiconductor industry.self- motivated.
Diploma/degree in Engineering (mechanical,material) Experience on mechanical processes and familiar with quality tools.
Good customer management and time management skills.
Good at communication skill Good command of English both in written and oral.
