Responsibilities: ?
1. Assist line manager in coaching the teammates to conduct / carry out various corporate credit operations / functions in accordance to regulatory requirements, bank lending policies, guidelines, procedure manuals and the terms and conditions stipulated in the credit proposals such as 1) prudent checking on the signed/executed loan agreements / facility letters, security documents, fulfillment of conditions precedent; 2) checking of loan drawdown notice and supporting documents; 3) checking and monitoring on post-limit loading and post-drawdown conditions
2. Data input and checking in various banking operations systems and external system in accurate and timely manner
3. Preparation of periodic and ad hoc MI reports timely and accurately
4. Safe keeping and proper custody of loan documents and security documents, and conduct regular on site stocktaking of loan documents kept in branches
5. Contribute and implement ideas to "Sustainable/One-Time Cost Savings"
6. Supervise the team to deliver efficient and quality services to satisfy both external and internal customers by providing constructive solutions to streamline and standardize the existing working process in consistence with the established service standards
7. Maintain good relationship and positive manner to BU and other stakeholder partners so as to facilitate the smoothness of work process
8. Maintain good communications and relationships amongst sub-teams of Credit Services & Mortgage as well as the external counterparties and assist the line manager in uplifting the team spirit and coaching teammates to maintain positive working attitudes and staff deployment
Requirements:
1. University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline
2. At least 3 years' related experience
3. Able to work under pressure and independently
4. Strong learning and organizational ability
5. Proficient in MS Office software
6. Good communication skill and team spirit
