职位描述
岗位职责：
1、按照生产计划提前安排各项生产准备工作，为各工序做好物资、工装准备；
2、日常员工考勤和计件数据记录或抽点工作，以及各项生产数据记录；
3、搞好制品、半成品的管理工作，辅导员工各项实操技能，监督各个工序严格按照《作业指导书》操作生产，使生产处于有效控制；
4、负责定置摆放规划，及时控制各种生产物资损耗数量和追踪物资流向，核实物资数据，特殊情况及时反映；
5、负责班组范围内机械日常保养、维护。
6、严格执行公司的各项管理制度，配合质量和技术人员做好质量监督工作。
7、负责不良品的处理，及时报告车间各项生产异常和质量异常事件。
8、完成上级安排的其它任务。
任职要求:
1、 中专以上学历，专业不限；
2、 2年以上生产管理工作经验，熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程；
3、 有较强的工作动力和清晰的工作目标；
4、 吃苦耐劳、工作认真负责；服从安排、有较强的执行力和推动力；
5、 有化妆品行业工作经验或者技术专长者优先。
