职位描述：

Responsibility:

1. Execute proactive recruiting strategies to ensure the hiring of quality employees in a cost and time efficient manner
2. Work in partnership with hiring manager to identify position requirements and ensure those involved in the interview process are well versed in the selection process and understand how to “sell” the company

3. Measure recruitment effectiveness against key metrics, including but not limited to: cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire and sources of hire

4. Work in partnership with recruitment manager, to participate in the development of tools and processes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company’s sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection efforts, and produce quality results

5. Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with position requirements

6. Map out target talents and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates

7. Participate in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategy and programs.

8. Participate in the development/expansion of various recruitment programs including: onboarding, employee referral campaigns, interview training, and overall branding

9. Assist with various projects relating to recruiting and HR as needed

Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from and accredited university;

2. A minimum of eight years of related experience in Manufacturing MNC;

3.Specific technical skills may include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, SAP, databases, online recruiting applications, and the Internet

4.the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization in English and Chinese;
