Nature and Scope of Job Duties:
1.Assist to run the project with minimum cost and in minimum time by formulating construction planning and programming as necessary.
2.Monitor the progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material stage adhered to the set target by collecting and analyzing relevant information, coordinating with relevant parties and formulating proposals on improvements.
3.Provide engineering supports by:
a.Formulate construction planning and programming;
b.Formulating construction methods;
c.Assisting in design temporary works and alternative proposals for permanent work to suit construction methods;
d.Conducting research and development on construction methods, materials and techniques.
4.Provides engineering input to preparation of tenders by:
a.devising cost effective methods of construction and providing corresponding temporary works design;
b.preparing comprehensive programmes and construction plans for tender pricing and submission;
c.Estimating quantities of temporary works for direct costs estimation / comparison.
5.Keep works record and production figures for site manager / agent for weekly review and improvement of sit progress.
6.Help to upgrade the engineering capability of the Company by participating in the development of new construction methods and techniques.
7.Prepare engineering drawings, sketches and related documents.
8.Maintain and update the drawing record.
9.Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Degree Holder in tunnel engineering or Bridges engineering.
2.Prefer possession of professional membership in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering, such as MHKIE, MIStructE, MCIOB.
3.At least 5years experience of which1~ 2years in design is preferable.
4.Good communication / presentation skill. Hands on computer knowledge. Proficient in using AutoCAD software and Microstation, familiar with Photoshop and 3D Max is an advantage.
5.Good command of spoken & written English.
6.Have foreign work experience is preferre.
7.Willing to accept to work in Hong Kong

*注册一般承建商，地盘平整及基础工程
*认可为港铁公司的承建商
*在阿拉伯联合酋长国取得一级的工程承建商（无上限）专门从事海上建造工程
