Capacity Planning Manager


Responsibilities


- Work together with engineering team on new project schedule and identify critical path and production capacity

- Present periodic report to identify production bottleneck and recommend action plan to maximize output

- Liaise with overseas office to report issues and provide solutions and recommendations

- Authorize material release and keep track of exposure

- Supervise a planning team to address day-to-day issues and provide coaching

- Prepare management reports


Requirements

- Degree Holder or above in Supply Chain or similar disciplines

- At least 6 years solid experience of PMC in consumer products and toys is most preferable

- Excellent numerical analysis skills in Excels for production and capacity planning

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes especially in hard toys

- Excellent command in both written and spoken English which is essential in communication with our global offices

- Immediately available is definitely an advantage
