Job Description *
::
?To lead the project team to manage in delivering a high standard quality tooling, meeting customer's expectation.
?Effectively plan, schedule, monitor and control activities necessary for predictable fulfillment of planned activities for the project.
?Interface with customer on design review at the new product introduction (NPI) stage.
?Responsible for discussion with customer about DFM, mold concept and other technical issues.
?Establish, maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by setting expectations and providing the expected value in accordance with the contract.
?Monitor and control project financials to maintain or improve contract margins.
?Communicates appropriate information to customer timely and to achieve desired understanding.
?Manage scope including the collecting and management of all project issues, whether just a question a change or a claim, with associated negotiations and approvals.
Identify, contain and reduce risk, and ensure that all opportunities for Customer Satisfaction, Margin Improvement and/or Project Growth are captured and acted upon.
?Ensure project engineers maintain proper communication and information flow between the inter-departments. Document control and issue are delivered to the relative departments accurately
?Ensure project engineers lead the tooling team to do the debugging effectively and close the mold on time.
?Establish and maintain team's working spirit and attitude.

Job Requirements *
::
?At least 6 years experience in managing projects with minimum 2 years experience in leading a team.
?Good people management skill.
?Strong organizational and leadership skill.
?Good knowledge in mold design, debugging, tooling process, injection molding process and measurement.
?Detailed-oriented person, result-oriented, strong in problem-solving, good negotiation and team player
?Diligent, responsible, focused and self motivated.
?Good interpersonal & communication skill with excellent technical English writing and verbal skills.
?Fully conversant with standard MS Office tools, MS Project, 3D and CAD.
