R&R:

1. Assist the Business Unit Manager to drive the cross-functional team to achieve business target by meeting costumer's requirements in terms of timely delivery, quality, process conformance and test procedures
2. Provide innovative solutions to customer needs and ownership of profit center or business unit economics: absolute profits, margins, etc.
3. Responsible for the account's P&L.
4. Lead the CFT team to ensure achieve customer target & expectation.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business management, engineering, Master degrees in business or finance preferred.
2. At least 7 years experience in electronic manufacturing in which 2 years in managerial positions. Working experience in multinational companies and exposure in EMS industry are advantages.
3. Strong project Management & technical background.
4. Solid knowledge in operational elements of electronic manufacturing.
5. Dependable and conscientious in work performance.
6. Excellent command of English and Chinese(oral & written)
7. Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills
8. Proactive and willing to work under pressure
