Job Description:
Assist QA Section Head / QA Supervisor to协助品质部门主管/品质工程主管完成下列工作:
1. Manage customer feedback and undertake any necessary action regularly.处理客户品质反馈资讯并定期采取必要的行动进行响应。
2. Conduct regular quality review and improvement meeting with other relevant department.定期与有关部门一起，召开品质评审及品质提高会议。
3. Monitor the production/quality process by using SPC, test and inspection data, quality sampling audit results and customer feedback /通过统计生产控制，测试及检验数据,品管部抽查结果和客户反馈来对生产程序/产品品质趋势进行监控。
4. Draft and complete Quality Engineering Instruction for new products and other special instructions, and ensure all major problems are solved before mass production.起草并完成新产品品质工程指示和特别品质指示，并确保在正式生产前解决所有主要问题。
5. Organize QA Clerk and Assist QA Engineer to prepare quality report and new product test report. According to customer requirements, prepare relevant quality report.组织品质保证部文员及助理品质保证工程师准备产品质量报告和新产品试制报告，根据客户要求准备有关产品质量报告。
6. Report and implement corrective action to resolve any problem in the manufacture process which can cause quality or potential quality problem.报告并实施纠正行动,以解决生产和制造过程中会危及到产品质量问题或潜在问题。
7. Analyze process inefficiency and customer complaint, and drive the relevant departments to undertake corrective actions.对生产程式的失效及顾客投诉进行分析，并推动有关部门的改善行动。
8. According to ISO9001 Quality Management System, prepare, update and implement related procedures.根据ISO9001质量管理体系之要求准备，更新和实施相关工作程序。

Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering or Applied Science or higher.
2. At least 5 years of PQE/CQE experiences, familiar with PCBA, SMT, have experiences in medical device industry (ISO13485) or clean room management is preferred;
3. Good command in writing and speaking English.
4. Complete formal training in quality control/quality system.
