Job Description

1. Ensure incoming quality control, product quality and process control, internal audit and training etc. meet company and customers’ requirement. 确保来料品质控制，产品及生产程序控制，质量体系评审和人员培训工作能按照公司的工作程序要求付之实施.

2. Manage Quality Assurance Department to perform the following tasks:

3. Incoming quality control: include vendor quality inspection and audit, incoming quality inspection, and in driving vendors to achieve quality improvement. 来料品质控制:包括供应商检查及审核，来料检查，推动供应商的质量改善行动

4. Product and process control: SPC control, preshipment sample audit and manufacturing process audit. 产品及生产程序控制:统计生产程序控制，出货前抽查和制造过程抽查.

5. Internal quality system audit / 质量体系内部评审.

6. Prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft Quality Engineering Instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods, manage equipment calibration administration works, and handle customer complaint. 准备质量报告，拟定质量改善计划，编写品质工程指示，统筹处理客户退回的物料或产品，统筹仪器校验行政工作，处理客户投诉等.

7. ISO Quality Management System Training and document control. ISO质量体系培训和文件控制.

8. Participate in Quality System planning, development, maintaining and improvement. 参与质量体系的计划，发展，维护和完善工作.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Applied Science or Manufacturing Engineering or higher

2. Received training in quality / environmental systems as well as advanced quality tools and techniques such as SPC, FMEA

3. Have received training in quality system (ISO9000, EHS, ISO13485 etc), statistic process control and technical management

4. Four years work experience in manufacturing industry, in which two years managerial experience in a PCBA company in the areas of quality control and assurance
