职位描述/Position Description：

1、负责动力总成部门工厂维护区域的业务管理。
Business management for plant maintenance section in powertrain department.
2、领导和促进工厂维护团队技能的持续提高。
Lead and develop the plant maintenance team to ensure continuous improvement of skills.
3、 执行上级主管安排的工作并达成部门计划目标。
Support director to fulfill department target and follow up director's instruction

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

1、 全面负责动力总成工厂设施、动力设备的安全运行和日常维护管理工作
Responsible for the powertrain plant facility, energy equipments daily running managing.
2、 负责审核动力设备、工厂设施的维护保养计划，并督促按计划实施
Responsible for Auditing the maintain plan of energy equipments, plant facility and put in force.
3、 负责工厂设施、动力设备运行可靠性、经济性、安全性进行分析、改善和提高
Responsible for analyzing, improve, advance plant facility and energy equipments' reliability, economy and safe.
4、 负责组织工厂能源节约活动的计划制订、开展和分析
Responsible for analyzing and make plan of saving energy .
5、 负责组织公司供、用能的内、外部协调工作
Responsible for assort energy problem with other departments
6、 负责本部门方针展开，制定工厂维护团队的SQDCME和推进工作
Responsible for make SQDCME and put in force.
7、 负责对工厂维修人员的安全管理、技能培训，考核工作
Responsible for the training of Plant operator and checking .
8、 安全健康 HSS
a) 确保安全健康目标在负责区域内按政策分解逐级展开。Ensure that HSS Legal Requirements are met in area of responsibility. Ensure that HSS targets are cascaded through Policy Deployment with-in area of responsibility.
b) 为达到安全健康目标，确保在部门内采取适当的措施。Ensure that appropriate actions are taken within area of responsibility to meet the HSS Targets and Objectives.
c) 在个人目标及绩效评估中，确保安全健康绩效包含在内。Ensure that HSS performance is included in individual objectives and performance assessments.
d) 确保所有个人在自己负责的区域内，对安全健康职责有清晰认识，他们对安全健康绩效是负责任的。Ensure that all personnel within area of responsibility are aware of their roles & responsibilities for HSS and that they are being held accountable for HSS performance.
e) 为达到安全健康目标及项目需求，确保提供足够的资源。Ensure that adequate resources are released to meet HSS targets, objectives and program requirements.
f) 领导示范包括: Demonstrate Leadership by
i. 参加部门级月度安全健康会议。Participating in Monthly Departmental HSS Meetings
ii. 健康、安全沟通宣传。Promoting Health & Safety Communication
iii. 将安全健康相关问题纳入注意范畴，作为首要工作推动。Making it a priority to address HSS concerns brought to their attention.
g) 主导对高风险事故及伤害进行调查，确保适当及时的纠正措施被执行（各层次采取控制），以杜绝再次发生类似问题。Participate in the investigation for High Potential Incidents and Injuries, leading with the investigation of moderate and low potential incidents and injuries, as well as ensure that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented (as per hierarchy of controls) to prevent reoccurrence.
h) 确保所有高风险伤害，事故及虚惊事故及时向部门经理汇报。Reporting all High Potential Injuries, Incidents and Near-miss Incidents to Operational Manager as soon as possible.
i) 在允许的范围内为受伤员工寻找机会提供有效的支持。Find opportunities to effectively accommodate injured employees on Restricted Duties.
j) 在负责区域内对不安全的行为确保零容忍原则，包括所有雇员，访客，劳务工及供应商。Ensure that Zero Tolerance for Unsafe Behaviour is practised in area of responsibility (scope include all employees, visitors, contractors and suppliers).
k) 为提高安全健康绩效，支持并执行组织行动。Support and execute the organizations actions to improve HSS performance.
9. 保证本岗位的质量、安全、环境符合公司相关标准。
Ensure that quality, safety, and environment covered under the responsible area meet company standards.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1、 专科以上、较强的英语能力。
College or above, good command of English.
2、 5年以上动力设备维护的管理经验。
+5 years working experience of energy equipments' management.
3、 具备良好的组织、协调、沟通和团队协作能力。
Good ability of organization, co-ordination and communication
4、 熟练掌握计算机应用技术。
Skilled in office software.
5、有外企/合资企业工作经验。
Worked with foreign/JV company.
6、具有造价师、建造师、监理工程师、项目管理师等资质的优先考虑。
Preferred qualifications are who has qualification of registered cost engineer, registered construction manager, registered supervisor or project manager, etc
