职位描述/Position Description：
.
●负责发动机机加（缸体、缸盖、曲轴）生产的安全、质量、交付、成本、士气、环境等任务的完成
Be responsible for completing objective of machining production（cylinder head，cylinder block，crankshaft）, such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, environment, etc.
●参与生产线建设，负责改良改善
Participate in line build. Be responsible for optimizing and kaizen
●负责6S及所管辖生产区域人员的管理及担任协调员
Take charge of 6S, personnel management for responsible area, and take the role of workshop coordinator.
●支持上级主管的工作
To support Superior

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●协助制造主管与相关区域、相关部门联络，协调安排生产任务。
Assist area production supervisor the connection with related area/department, and the arrangement of production task.
●做好生产的各项交接事宜，确保下一班的稳定、连续生产
Well done the production hand over issues to insure the next shift production stable and continuous.
●协助工艺工程师做好现场工艺工作，负责现场工艺纪律贯彻和执行
Assist the Process engineer to execute the process standard, take charge of the carry out and implementation of process rules.
●生产设备，工位器具，备件的管理
Management of equipment, facilities and spare-parts
●负责机加生产现场的持续改善,实现SQDCME指标
Take charge of continual Improvement of the machining field， to achieve KIP target of SQDCME.
●负责生产现场人员的具体管理和培训工作.
Take charge of the operator management and training on production site.
●负责各区组发表及自然工作组有效性检查工作
Take charge of NWG presentation and conduct NWG effective check.
●生产现场管理，6S，出勤，通知等
Managing machining field, such as 6S, timecard, notice
●负责完成动力总成工厂的试制任务
Be responsible for trial-produce of power train plant.

任职条件Qualifications:

●机加现场3年以上生产经验，2年以上区域或班组管理经验
More than 3 years’ experience in machining workshop, more than 2 years’ experience of Group/Team management.
●在发动机机加生产管理方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验
Relevant professional and practical knowledge and experience in machining production of engine.
●机械、汽车相关专业毕业，大专或以上学历，掌握计算机运用技术
Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering, bachelor degree or above， Good skills in PC application.
●有较强的责任心，具有良好的团队管理能力及沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力
Good spirit of respect job, the strong capability of team. Be able to work under high pressure
●具有良好处理突发问题的生产调动能力
Good capability both in dealing with outburst issue and production redeployment.
●熟练的英语听说写能力，有外企工作经验或熟悉发动机3C件机加工艺者优先考虑
Be good at English language, have priority for who own experience in foreign company or machining process of 3C.
