●机加车间质量控制和质量改善。
Quality control and improvement in Machining line.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●负责分析机加线质量不足,包括过程变化中对质量缺点的预防。
Responsible for Analyze quality concerns in Machining line including prevention quality concern at process change.
●组织其他部门合作起草上述问题对策。
Organize to make countermeasure drafts for concerns above in corporation with related sections.
●组织其他工程师和职长协调制定对策,并跟踪落实。
Organize to other engineers and unit leaders to take countermeasures and promote it implementation authorized to process engineer.
●依据工艺要求，按需要制定设计和工艺调整变化请求
Create design change and process change requests if needed，authorized the process.
●与其他工程师和职长协调修订质量控制图表
Revise QC process charts coordinating other engineers and unit leaders.
●确认对策执行效果并付以行动
Confirm results for countermeasures and take actions.
●负责维持质量控制系统。
In charge of keep the quality control system.
●负责分析相关质量数据并对结果进行汇报。
In charge of Analyze the quality data and report the result.
●负责设计质量控制目标，监控并汇报反馈结果负责沟通协调公司认证及咨询相关事宜。
In charge of Planning of quality target and monitoring quality result and report it.
●负责检验文件和其他管理文件的编写并实施。
In charge of write the test documents and other management documents, carry it out

任职条件Qualifications:

●大学或技术院校毕业,机械设计或自动化专业；
University or technical college graduate, mechanical or automotive engineering
●3年以上品质工作经验
3 years or above quality area experience.
●统计学技术
Statistical techniques
●能很好地应用常用的质量管理分析工具
Know and use well in quality management tools.
●汽车行业或发动机行业工作经历
Automation or engine industry area experience .
●良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability.
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solve the problem.
●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.
●良好的英文读写及口语能力。
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
