职位描述/Position Description：

动力总成部门生产体系推进与维护，并保持生产体系的有效运行。Implement and maintain the CPPS of Powertrain Manufacutring Department, keep the production system running effectively.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 识别业务流程，在动力总成部培育、运用生产体系（CPPS），并逐步提升等级，提高体系的运行效率。

Identify the working procedures, and promote the application of Production System（CPPS）and upgrade its level to improve the system running efficiency.

· 持续地发现生产体系各要素的进展及改善机会, 并提供每个要素的月度、季度及年度状态报告。

Keep track of the development as well as the deficiency of Production System（CPPS） elements and file reports about status of all elements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

· 整理动力总成部生产体系（CPPS）要素的年度推行主体计划，并进行定期评审。

Coordinate the annual promotion plans of Production System（CPPS）elements and conduct evaluation on a regular basis.

· 对生产体系各要素的运用进行全厂范围内的定期检查与维护, 并协调各区域应用。
Carry out regular check-up and maintenance of each element within the factory and coordinate the application in all sections.

· 负责生产体系各要素的相关资料的标准化、可视化， 并将最佳实践进行推广。
Responsible for the standardization and visualization of relevant materials concerning Production System（CPPS） elements and popularize the optimum practices.

· 计划和协调生产体系各要素的内部和外部体系审核(ISR)。

Plan and coordinate the Internal and External System Review (ISR) of Production System（CPPS）elements.

· 负责部门生产体系（CPPS）相关培训。

In charge of Production System（CPPS） training.

· 完成业务区域经理交办的临时工作。

Complete the temporary job from business section manager.

· 任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 工业工程及相关专业本科毕业

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or related majors.

· 有三年精益制造的推进工作经验

Three years of experience in the promotion work of Lean Production/TPM.

· 良好的沟通、解决问题的能力、执行力强

Problem solver and Strong execution

· 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Devoted to work and good team player.

· 熟练掌握计算机应用技术, 良好的中英文沟通和交流能力

Skillful in computer operation and proficient in English and Chinese communication.

工业工程或机械工程优先考虑

Major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is preferred

汽车行业或发动机行业工作经历者优先考虑

Experience in Automation or Engine Industry is preferred
