●负责总装工程区域任务管理

●负责组建、领导支持团队
In charge of build and lead the support team

●负责分析并改进发动机制造区域质量、成本、交期、环境

In charge of analyze and improve quality, cost, delivery, environment of engines area

●参与分析并改进发动机制造区域安全、士气

Participate in analyze and improve safety and morale of engines area

●参与生产线建设，完成生产管理流程

Participate in line build, build production workflow

●负责总装区域的年度预算和成本控制

In charge of drafting annual budget and cost control

●支持上级主管完成部门目标

Support director to fulfill department target

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●负责制定业务计划

In charge of drafting the business planning

●负责建立发动机制造区域生产管理体系

In charge of building production system engines area

●负责生产作业文件持续改善

In charge of improving the operation procedure

●制定区域的业务计划和推进重点课题。
Planning business plan and promote main subject.

●区域的人事/ 劳动/ 安全/环境/成本管理。
Management of human resource, personal, safety，environments，costs

●制定区域的人材培养计划和推进
Plan personal training for support team members and execute them.

●负责区域员工的招聘

In charge of recruiting new staff

●参与新产品量产

Prepare for a new model launch.

●负责解决生产异常问题

In charge of solving the production and quality problem

●保证本岗位的质量、安全、环境等符合公司相关标准

Ensure that quality, safety, and environment and so on covered under the responsible area meet company standards.

●确保在本区域内达到安全健康法规要求

Ensure that HSS Legal Requirements are met in area of responsibility.

任职条件Qualifications:

●有5年以上大型制造型企业现代化生产管理经验，2年以上相同岗位管理经验

5 years or above management experience in manufacturing engineering，more than 2 years experiences in the same position.

●熟悉生产管理流程、生产计划、现场管理和精益生产

Be familiar with production workflow, production plan , production management and lean production

●机械、汽车相关专业毕业，本科或以上学历

Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering, bachelor degree or above

●良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.
●良好的英文读写及口语能力。
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
