职位描述/Position Description：

负责动力总成的装配区域的生产性零部件的厂区内物流，使物流最优化。

Responsible for in-house logistic for productive parts, and logistic optimization in assembly section.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

？ Assist Assembly Supervisor to improve management efficiency in MHA.

协助总装区域主管进行物料操控区域的管理效率提升

？ Communicate and assort with related departments to optimize the Material Handling Area operation procedure and method.

与相关部门沟通协调,优化物料操控区操作流程与方法

？ Coordinate and instruct routinely inventory accounting.

组织和指导相关盘点工作

？ Analyze the differences between accounting and actual, and improve the management.

分析盘点差异确保总装物料操控区帐物相符,并不断改进管理水平

？ Analyze quality problems in Material Handling Area and make the preventive actions.

分析改善物料操控区的不良并制定预防措施

？ Study the warehouse location's layout and roadmap, and improve it for Assembly MHA.

总装物料操控区库位及物流路径的规划与改善

？ Maintain the 5S management in Material Handling Area.

维护物料操控区内5S管理

？ Communicate and discuss the TPM improvement with group leader for Material Handling Area.

与相关组长沟通讨论进行物料操控区的相关TPM改善工作

任职条件/Qualifications:

？ University or technical college graduated 大学或技术院校毕业

？ Experience in Material logistical and inventory management 相关物流及存货管理工作经验

？ Basic Personal computer's skill and knowledge 基本个人电脑技术知识

？ English language ability 英语使用技能

？ Major in Material Logistical or inventory management 物流或存货管理相关专业优先

？ Major in Industrial Engineering (IE) 工业工程专业优先

？ Experiences in Automation or Engine Industry 有汽车或发动机行业工作经历者优先
