向管理层提供财务以及业务咨询以支持产品项目决策(制定正确的战略/目标权衡利弊，优化业务); 提供全面的财务控制并帮助产品项目团队达成目标：

边际成本 (包含材料成本、运费、三包费用)、投资 (工程费用, 设备和工装, 投产费用)、利润 – 保证业务的良性运转；

Program Analyst: Provide Operating Management with Financial / Business consultation to support decision making. Set the right strategy/targets. Make the right tradeoffs to optimize the business case. Provide sound financial control and help teams deliver objectives

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

？分析并跟踪新产品项目的成本及盈利状况，以支持项目进程节点评审

Analyze and track product cost and payoff to support evaluation of project course

？与市场和销售部协作完成产品销量、收入、和营销费用的预测

Cooperate with Market & Sales Department to forecast product sales, earning and marketing expenses.

？与采购部协作设定零部件国产化目标，进行成本和报价分析，确定选点

Set part nationalization targets with Purchasing Department, analyze cost and quotation and decide suppliers

？与工程部门协作评估产品开发工程费用， 进行工程变更的成本控制

Assess product development expenses with engineering department and control cost for engineering changes

？与制造部门协作评估固定资产投资、投产和制造人工费用

Assess permanent assets investment, production and manufactory manpower cost with Manufactory Department

？与营运分析部门共同确定具体项目的固定营运费用分摊

Discuss with Operation Analysis Department to fix apportion of settled operation expenses of projects

？与公司其它部门协作制定并改进相关业务流程

Set and improve relative business processes with other departments

任职条件/Qualifications:

？财经类专业大学本科及以上学历

Bachelor’s Degree and above in financial major

？1年以上财务分析或成本控制经验，有汽车或制造行业经验者优先

At least one year’s experience in financial analysis and cost control; experience in automobile and manufacture field is preferred

？具备优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力

Excellent oral and written skills in English

？具备细致处理多种事务的能力

Able to tackle with various businesses careful-mindedly

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
