职位描述Job Description：

生产性原材料收发货成本核算；确保收发货数据及时、准确传递；确保原材料各交易类型的账务能准确反映；每月按时完成各原材料科目Reconciliation并跟踪异常情况等。

Production material costing for receipts and usage, ensure receipts and usage data are transmitted duly and correctly, ensure all the transactions of production materials can be reflected correctly, finish reconciliations for production materials accounts duly and track abnormal statuses.

主要职能 Typical Duties:

l 定期检查供应商的收货数据是否正确传输；监督采购及时维护供应商信息；协助解决数据传输过程中出现的系统问题，以保证收货数据正确及时传递。

Check whether data for suppliers is transmitted correctly periodically, supervise buyers to maintain suppliers’ information in time, assist to solve system problems in process of transmitting data to ensure transmitting receipts data correctly and duly.

l 协助生产性应付款会计（国内和国外）解决在付款过程中出现的各种系统和业务问题。

Assist production payable accountants (Local and Import) to solve problems which occurred in process of making payments.

l 负责生产性零件索赔数据的整理、发票开具、账务处理。

Clean up claim data of production parts, raise invoices, make entries into QAD.

l 核实生产零件采购通知单并签定会计科目。

Check PN for production parts and sign account code.

l 核实售后零件需求表并签定会计科目。

Check parts request table from PDC and sign account code.

l 结转各交易类型下的生产零件销售成本。

Make journal entries for sales cost of production parts.

l 计算每月工业增加值。

Calculate production value added monthly.

l 每月月末完成原材料科目对账及相应账务处理。

Finish checking production materials accounts and make entries accordingly in the month end.

l 每月生产性原材料科目的Reconciliation需在次月初完成。

Finish reconciliations for production materials accounts at the beginning of second month.
